Poetry Discussion Group meeting

The Emily Dickinson Museum's Poetry Discussion group meets monthly on Friday afternoons, September through May, for a brown bag lunch and lively conversation about Emily Dickinson’s poetry:  favorite poems, challenging poems, and the poet's craft. A facilitator helps to navigate the deeper waters of Dickinson's poetry.

The Emily Dickinson Museum now has a membership program.  The fee for Museum members is $55 for the year or $10/session; the fee for non-members is $70 for the year or $12/session.

To provide adequate discussion facilities, the Poetry Discussion Group generally meets on the Amherst College campus, just blocks away from the Emily Dickinson Museum.  Specific locations are noted for each meeting date.   Click here for a campus map.

The Poetry Discussion Group is open to all. For more information, contact Nan Fischlein, program coordinator, at nfischlein@emilydickinsonmuseum.org or at (413) 542-2034.
